Director, Total Rewards

SERVPRO is seeking a Director, Total Rewards to build and lead a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that supports our fast-paced restoration and construction environment. This role will design and govern base pay structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs for corporate and franchise operations nationwide. You will lead market benchmarking, job architecture, and analytics to ensure competitiveness and internal equity, while aligning rewards with performance, safety, and service culture. Partner closely with HR and business leaders to support growth, manage vendors, ensure compliance, and communicate programs that attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead SERVPRO's total rewards strategy across corporate and franchise operations

• Design and manage competitive base pay structures, incentives, and benefits programs

• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and job evaluation to ensure equity and competitiveness

• Establish and maintain job architecture, salary bands, and pay governance

• Lead total rewards analytics, budgeting, and reporting for executives and HR partners

• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations and company policies

• Manage relationships with benefits brokers, carriers, and compensation vendors

• Partner with HR and business leaders to align rewards with performance, safety, and service culture

• Oversee communication and education of compensation and benefits programs to employees

• Continuously assess and enhance total rewards offerings to support attraction and retention goals Required Skills
