Director of Business Development

Lifeway Mobility is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead growth in the healthcare and social assistance market. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build referral networks with healthcare providers, and expand partnerships with clinics, hospitals, and senior care organizations. In this role, you'll oversee a small team, manage key accounts, and guide market analysis and forecasting. You'll collaborate with operations and marketing to align offerings, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and drive revenue by promoting accessibility solutions that keep people safe and independent at home.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies in target healthcare and social assistance markets

• Build and manage referral networks with hospitals, clinics, senior living, and rehabilitation providers

• Lead and mentor a small sales/business development team toward revenue and growth goals

• Identify, pursue, and close strategic partnerships and key accounts

• Conduct market analysis, forecasting, and pipeline management to inform strategy

• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and messaging with growth objectives

• Coordinate with operations to ensure successful delivery of accessibility solutions

• Represent Lifeway Mobility at industry events, conferences, and community outreach

• Track and report on KPIs, sales metrics, and business development performance
