Digital Optimization Analyst

51905 HROC LLC is seeking an Optimization Specialist to improve performance across digital campaigns, operations, and internal processes. In this role, you will analyze data, identify trends, and develop tests to increase conversion, efficiency, and ROI. You will create dashboards, monitor KPIs, and deliver clear recommendations to stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, fluent in Excel and analytics tools, and comfortable running A/B tests and multivariate experiments. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement optimizations, document findings, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign and operational data to identify optimization opportunities

• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to improve performance

• Monitor KPIs and create dashboards and performance reports

• Develop data-driven recommendations to increase conversion and ROICollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimizations

• Document test plans, results, and best practices

• Continuously refine targeting, segmentation, and workflows

• Support forecasting and performance modeling

• Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting tools

• Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders clearly Required Skills
