Digital Multimedia Specialist

Viable Engineering Solutions LLC seeks a Digital Multimedia Specialist to create visual content that communicates our MEP, HVAC, lighting, and power systems solutions. You will design graphics, presentations, short videos, and digital assets that translate complex engineering concepts into clear, engaging visuals for proposals, reports, and client meetings. Working in a small, collaborative team, you'll partner with engineers and leadership to develop brand-consistent materials for web, email, and social channels while supporting business development and marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates blend strong design skills with technical curiosity and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics, layouts, and visual assets for proposals, reports, and presentations

• Create and edit short videos, motion graphics, and animations to communicate engineering concepts

• Collaborate with engineers to translate technical content into clear, client-friendly visuals

• Maintain brand consistency across digital, print, and presentation materials

• Manage and organize digital asset libraries and templates

• Support marketing campaigns across web, email, and social channels with multimedia content

• Enhance client-facing deliverables with clear diagrams, infographics, and visual storytelling
