Dental Territory Sales Representative

Patterson is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth of dental products, equipment, and software within an assigned territory. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of dental practices, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term customer relationships. You'll conduct on-site visits, present product solutions, coordinate equipment and technology demos, and partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service. Ideal candidates bring consultative B2B sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and are motivated by helping dental practices improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales within an assigned dental territory

• Prospect and develop new dental practice accounts

• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers

• Conduct on-site visits and product presentations

• Coordinate equipment and technology demonstrations

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery

• Provide consultative guidance on product solutions and practice needs

• Track opportunities and activities in CRM and maintain accurate forecasts

• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
