    Job Description

    Data Analyst required by our client an online international education provider, responsible for providing analysis and actionable insights to improve product performance, learner experience, and commercial outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Product, the role develops and maintains reporting solutions, analyses learner and product data, evaluates feature releases, and creates dashboards that support strategic and operational decision-making.

    The role offers the opportunity for hybrid working with 2-3 days a week required in their London office in a really welcoming and positive working environment. Our client offers a competitive salary and package which includes:-

    Salary: to £47,419K plus London allowance

    London Allowance: £3,300 for London based candidates where applicable).

    Attractive pension scheme (employer contributions up to 27%)

    32 days holiday plus bank holidays package (c39 days).

    Hybrid working - location: Stratford, London, you will be required to work in the office up to 3 days a week

    Work Experience and Qualifications

    Minimum/essential

    • Minimum 5+ years' experience in data analysis, BI analysis, or product analytics.

    • Strong SQL/MySQL skills, including writing and optimising queries.

    • Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.

    • Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable commercial or product insights.

    • Experience developing and tracking KPIs for digital services or digital products.

    • Experience with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, marketing, sales).

    • Familiarity with customer journey analysis, digital funnel metrics, and performance benchmarking.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Experience with GA4 ( Google Analytics 4 ) and other digital analytics tools.

    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

    The role is offered as a permanent position, and based in London on a hybrid basis and offers a salary to £47,419K (plus £3,300 for London based candidates where applicable).
