Customer Operations Analyst

Century Distribution Systems seeks a Customer Operations Analyst to support daily global logistics activities for transportation and warehousing clients. You will manage shipment data, track orders, resolve exceptions, and coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to meet customer SLAs. Using Century's visibility tools, you'll analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and identify process improvements that enhance reliability and cost efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate, timely documentation across international supply chains in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer shipment and order tracking across global transportation and warehousing networks

• Monitor KPIs and service levels, flagging and resolving logistics exceptions with carriers and warehouses

• Maintain accurate shipment, rates, and customer data in transportation and visibility systems

• Prepare operational and performance reports for internal stakeholders and customers

• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and provide proactive status updates

• Coordinate with global operations, customer service, and IT teams to resolve issues

• Support process improvement initiatives to reduce delays, errors, and logistics costs

• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with customer guidelines and trade requirements

• Use Excel and analytics tools to identify trends and operational bottlenecks

• Support onboarding of new customers or lanes by documenting workflows and requirements Required Skills
