Customer Engagement Manager

Customer Engagement Manager - Transportation & Logistics Ryder System seeks a Customer Engagement Manager to drive retention, growth, and satisfaction across key transportation and logistics accounts. In this sales and business development role, you'll serve as primary contact for customers, aligning Ryder's supply chain, fleet management, and dedicated transportation solutions to their goals. You will analyze performance data, lead strategic reviews, identify cross-sell opportunities, and coordinate with operations to deliver innovative, efficient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of transportation and logistics customers, serving as primary point of contact.

• Develop and execute account plans to increase revenue, retention, and share of wallet.

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and fleet teams to align solutions with customer needs.

• Analyze KPIs, service performance, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

• Lead QBRs and strategic reviews, presenting performance, insights, and new opportunities.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service enhancements within Ryder guidelines.

• Partner with implementation and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.

• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Ryder's supply chain and fleet offerings.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline activity.

• Champion Ryder's culture of teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
