Job Description
CRM & Analytics Specialist Central London Up to £50,000 + benefits Hybrid working We're recruiting for a growing multi-site business looking for a CRM & Analytics Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day performance of its in-house CRM platform.
This is a 70% CRM / 30% analytics role, working alongside experienced CRM and data specialists. You'll support users across a national store network, troubleshoot issues, improve workflows and help turn customer and sales data into useful commercial insight. What you'll be doing

Support and maintain an in-house CRM platform

Troubleshoot bugs, system issues and user queries

Become a key point of contact for teams across multiple locations

Improve CRM workflows, forms and customer enquiry processes

Support integrations, upgrades, testing and data migrations

Write and run SQL queries

Monitor and improve data quality

Support reporting across sales, marketing and operations

Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau

Analyse enquiry, conversion, customer and revenue performance

Work closely with CRM, data, commercial and operational teams What we're looking for You'll need strong hands-on CRM experience and the confidence to take ownership when something isn't working.
Ideally you'll have:

3+ years' CRM administration / systems experience

Good SQL knowledge, ideally able to build queries from scratch

Experience supporting sales, customer or enquiry-based CRM systems

Strong Excel and reporting skills

Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar

Confidence troubleshooting system issues

Excellent communication skills with non-technical users

A calm, positive approach when working under pressure Experience within retail, retail sales, self-storage, property, leisure or another multi-site customer business would be particularly relevant.
Knowledge of PHP, IIS, APIs or SQL Server would be useful, but isn't the main focus of the role.
