We're partnering with a growing and highly respected employee benefits consultancy to recruit a Client Support Administrator to join their collaborative and supportive team based in Stevenage. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional client service whilst developing their technical knowledge within Group Risk and Healthcare.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in supporting consultants and corporate clients, ensuring the smooth administration of employee benefit arrangements and helping to deliver a first-class client experience.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting a portfolio of corporate clients across Group Risk and Healthcare schemes

Acting as a first point of contact for client queries

Assisting with annual renewals and market reviews

Obtaining and comparing insurer quotations

Preparing client reports and renewal documentation
-
Processing scheme amendments, including joiners and leavers

Supporting Group Risk claims and underwriting processes

Maintaining accurate records and client data

Building strong relationships with clients, insurers and colleagues About You
Essential
-
Previous administration, client support or customer service experience
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Desirable

Experience within Financial Services, Insurance or Employee Benefits
-
Knowledge of Group Life, Group Income Protection or Private Medical Insurance

Experience supporting corporate clients
