Commercial Solutions Engineer

Semrush is seeking a Commercial Solutions Engineer to bridge sales, product, and customers for our leading digital marketing SaaS platform. You'll design and present technical solutions, run demos and proofs of concept, and guide complex SEO, PPC, and analytics use cases from pre-sale through onboarding. Collaborating with global teams, you'll integrate Semrush into client stacks, solve implementation challenges, and turn data-driven insights into scalable best practices. This role offers high autonomy, fast learning, and the chance to impact how businesses grow online worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to scope and design technical solutions for enterprise customers using Semrush products

• Lead product demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept implementations

• Translate complex digital marketing and SEO requirements into scalable solution architectures

• Collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmap based on client feedback

• Support RFPs and security/technical evaluations with clear documentation

• Onboard new customers and ensure successful integrations with client tech stacks

• Analyze customer use cases and recommend best practices to drive product adoption

• Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate resolution across internal teams

• Create reusable technical collateral, playbooks, and solution templates

• Stay current on SEO, PPC, analytics, and martech trends to advise customers strategically Required Skills
