Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative

Encon Heating & AC seeks a Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative to grow service contracts across our regional market. In this field-based role, you will prospect commercial and industrial clients, perform site visits, and develop tailored maintenance proposals that improve system reliability and energy efficiency. You'll partner with experienced technicians, leverage Encon's full-service capabilities, and build long-term customer relationships while meeting sales goals in a safety-focused, team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify commercial clients for HVAC maintenance agreements

• Conduct site visits to assess HVAC systems and maintenance needs

• Develop and present customized maintenance proposals and contracts

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with facility managers and owners

• Collaborate with service and installation teams to scope solutions

• Track leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM tools

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
