Job Description
Morgan Medical Center seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial operations for our community hospital in Madison, GA. The CFO will direct budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle, and financial reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective use of resources. Partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team, this role shapes long-term strategy, supports capital planning, and guides data-driven decisions that strengthen patient-centered, community-based care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities

Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Oversee revenue cycle, reimbursement, and cash flow to support stability and growth

Ensure compliance with healthcare, regulatory, and audit requirements

Provide strategic financial counsel to CEO, board, and senior leadership

Direct cost accounting, productivity analysis, and capital planning

Manage relationships with auditors, lenders, and financial partners

Develop financial policies, controls, and risk management practices
