Corporate Finance Executive Manchester c.£45,000

KC Group are currently working with a growing Corporate Finance team in Manchester who are looking to hire a Corporate Finance Executive.

This is a great opportunity for someone currently working in Audit within a mid-tier accountancy firm, who is looking to make the move into Corporate Finance for the first time.

You'll get exposure to a broad range of transactions and work closely with an experienced CF team across areas including:

• M&A and deal execution

• Financial analysis and modelling

• Valuations

• Due diligence

• Information memorandums and marketing materials

• Working directly with management teams, shareholders and investors

What they're looking for:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or recently qualified

• Experience gained within a mid-tier accountancy/advisory firm

• Strong analytical and financial skills

• Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Corporate Finance

• Commercial mindset and strong communication skills

• Ideally some exposure to transactions, financial modelling or advisory work
