Branch Sales Leader

Lifeway Mobility is seeking a Branch Sales Leader to drive growth in our Healthcare & Medical Services accessibility business. You will lead a local sales team focused on stairlifts, ramps, and custom accessibility solutions that help customers live safely and independently at home. In this customer-focused, compassionate environment, you'll set strategy, manage pipelines, and build relationships with referral partners and healthcare providers. Collaborating closely with operations, you'll ensure seamless consultations through installation while modeling Lifeway's values of safety, respect, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets

• Develop and execute local sales strategies for accessibility solutions (stairlifts, ramps, custom products)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community partners

• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools

• Partner with operations and service teams to ensure exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation

• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ethical standards aligned with Lifeway Mobility's values Required Skills
