Automotive Retail Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals

• Ensure compliance with company policies, automotive regulations, and ethical sales practices

• Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and focus on long-term loyalty
