Appliance Specialist

Construction Resources is seeking an Appliance Specialist to support our construction and design clients across the Southeast. In this showroom-based role, you'll guide builders, designers, and homeowners in selecting premium kitchen and laundry appliances, explain product features and installation requirements, prepare quotes, and coordinate orders through delivery. You'll collaborate closely with sales, operations, and design teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while building deep product expertise and growing your career with a leading building materials distributor.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through selection of premium kitchen and laundry appliances for residential construction and remodel projects

• Develop deep product expertise across major appliance brands, features, specs, and installation requirements

• Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and order entries in coordination with sales and operations teams

• Coordinate delivery timelines, measurements, and installation details with builders, designers, and homeowners

• Collaborate with showroom staff to maintain attractive, functional appliance displays

• Resolve product, delivery, and service issues in a professional, customer-focused manner

• Educate customers and trade partners on product options, energy efficiency, warranties, and care

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, industry trends, and vendor programs

• Support job-site coordination with project managers and installers as needed

• Contribute to sales goals and pipeline through follow-up, referrals, and strong relationship management Required Skills
