Accounts Assistant

Transaction Recruitment are supporting a market-leading business based in Redditch, in their search for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a full-time, permanent basis. You'll keep the day-to-day accounting running smoothly across multiple currencies and entities. The role is hybrid, so you will enjoy a healthy balance between the Redditch office and working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate, timely multi-currency bank reconciliations

• Support the month-end close, including accruals, prepayments, expenses and fixed asset reconciliations

• Allocate incoming cash and raise sales invoices as needed

• Process supplier invoices, expense claims and payments

• Keep ledgers accurate and up to date

• Assist with credit control and respond to supplier queries professionally
