    Job Description

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Executive to provide accounting support and ensure the efficient day-to-day running of administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, supporting payroll activities, maintaining office administration, and delivering excellent internal and external customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    Accounts Duties

    • Process purchase invoices and supplier payments.

    • Raise sales invoices and credit notes.

    • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.

    • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.

    • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.

    • Assist with month-end and year-end procedures.

    • Monitor cash flow and payment schedules.

    • Support payroll administration and employee expense claims.

    • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.

    • Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and suppliers.

    Administrative Duties

    • Provide general administrative support to management and staff.

    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

    • Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems.

    • Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

    • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.

    • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.

    • Assist with HR administration, onboarding, and employee records.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • Support project administration and ad-hoc business activities.

    Skills & Experience Required

    Essential

    • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts, Finance, or Administrative role.

    • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles.

    • Experience using accounting software such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

    • High attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
