Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities

• Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports

• Support budgeting and forecasting for software and technology projects

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies

• Process accounts payable/receivable and monitor cash flow

• Collaborate with project and engineering teams to track project costs and profitability

• Assist with audits, tax preparation, and regulatory filings

• Implement process improvements and leverage accounting/ERP software for efficiency

• Maintain accurate financial records for multi-entity and global operations
