Account Manager Location: Hereford Salary: Negotiable circa. £30,000

Autograph Recruitment is recruiting an Account Manager on behalf of an established business in Hereford.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, keeping customers informed and working with colleagues to get things resolved. You ll be a key link between customers and the wider business, helping ensure their concerns are understood and followed through.

What will you be doing?

• Building strong customer relationships and understanding their needs.

• Taking ownership of complex queries, complaints and service issues through to resolution.

• Working closely with internal departments to coordinate actions and keep customers updated.

• Gathering customer feedback and identifying recurring issues.

• Helping improve processes, communication and the overall service customers receive.

• Monitoring service trends and sharing recommendations with management.

What are we looking for?

You could come from an account management, customer service, customer relations or service management background. We re particularly interested in someone who is confident handling challenging conversations and following things through.

You ll need:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience resolving customer complaints or complex service issues.

• A proactive, organised approach and good attention to detail.

• The confidence to work across departments, ask questions and challenge processes constructively.

• A practical approach to solving problems and improving how things are done.
