A&D Representative

Architectural Ceramics Inc. (Architessa) seeks an A&D Representative to grow relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers in the wholesale tile and stone market. In this client-facing role, you'll present product solutions, support project specifications, and guide clients through design selections across residential and commercial projects. You will host showroom visits, conduct product knowledge sessions, and coordinate closely with internal sales and operations teams to ensure timely quotes, samples, and order follow-through while upholding Architessa's design-driven, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers

• Promote and present tile and stone product solutions to A&D clients

• Support clients with project specifications and product selections

• Coordinate quotes, samples, and order details with internal teams

• Host showroom visits and client presentations

• Conduct product knowledge and training sessions for industry partners

• Maintain accurate records of client activities and project pipelines

• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure project follow-through

• Stay current on design trends, materials, and technical product information

• Represent Architessa at industry events, meetings, and trade functions Required Skills
