Vice President, Treasury Management Sales Consultant

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a VP, Treasury Management Sales Consultant to drive growth of treasury solutions for commercial and community banking clients. You will prospect and manage relationships with business clients, assess cash management needs, and deliver tailored treasury products including payables, receivables, liquidity, and fraud prevention solutions. Partner with relationship managers to deepen client relationships, provide consultative sales, lead product demos, and support implementation. This role combines community-focused relationship banking with strategic sales leadership in a collaborative, integrity-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow treasury management revenue in target markets

• Prospect, qualify, and close new treasury management relationships with business clients

• Conduct needs assessments and recommend tailored cash management and liquidity solutions

• Partner with relationship managers and product teams to deepen existing client relationships

• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers and finance leaders

• Coordinate onboarding and implementation of treasury services, ensuring a seamless client experience

• Monitor client portfolios, identify cross-sell opportunities, and proactively address issues

• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity reporting in CRM tools

• Stay current on treasury products, market trends, and regulatory considerations

• Represent Enterprise Bank & Trust in the community, reinforcing relationship-driven banking values Required Skills
