Vice President, Treasury Management Relationship Manager

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Treasury Management Relationship Manager to lead commercial client relationships and drive deposit and fee income growth. You will consult with business clients to understand cash management needs, recommend treasury products, and deliver tailored solutions. Partner with commercial lenders, product, and operations teams to implement services, optimize client onboarding, and ensure risk and compliance standards. Support community-focused initiatives while mentoring peers, tracking portfolio performance, and contributing to strategic treasury growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial treasury management relationships

• Assess client cash management needs and recommend tailored treasury products

• Partner with commercial lenders to deepen relationships and win new business

• Oversee implementation and onboarding of treasury services for new and existing clients

• Monitor portfolio performance, pricing, and profitability

• Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with internal product, operations, and technology teams

• Support community and business development activities in local markets

• Provide client training and ongoing support on treasury platforms and tools
