Vice President, Treasury Management Officer

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Treasury Management Officer to lead treasury solutions for commercial and community banking clients. This role designs and delivers cash management, liquidity, and payment solutions that support client growth, deepen relationships, and manage risk. Partner with relationship managers to win new business, analyze client cash flows, and implement tailored treasury services. Provide product expertise, pricing recommendations, and implementation oversight while mentoring teammates. Contribute to community-focused initiatives and represent the bank with integrity and collaboration across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of treasury and cash management solutions for commercial and community banking clients

• Analyze client cash flows, liquidity needs, and payment processes to recommend tailored treasury products

• Partner with relationship managers to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships

• Oversee implementation of treasury services, ensuring smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

• Provide product expertise, pricing guidance, and profitability analysis for treasury deals

• Monitor portfolio performance, manage risk, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance treasury products, processes, and client experience

• Represent Enterprise Bank & Trust in community and business development activities

• Prepare and deliver client proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
