Vice President, Treasury Management

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a VP, Treasury Management to lead and grow treasury services for commercial and community banking clients. This role develops and executes product and sales strategies for cash management, liquidity, and payment solutions, partnering closely with relationship managers. The VP will engage key clients, structure tailored treasury solutions, manage risk, and ensure strong controls and compliance. You will mentor team members, support revenue growth, and champion our relationship-driven, community-focused culture across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and growth of treasury management products and services for commercial and community banking clients

• Develop and execute sales plans to drive deposit, fee, and treasury revenue growth

• Partner with relationship managers to design tailored cash, liquidity, and payment solutions

• Engage key clients and prospects to understand treasury needs and present solutions

• Ensure effective risk management, controls, and regulatory compliance across treasury services

• Collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to enhance platforms and processes

• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine treasury strategy

• Mentor and develop treasury management team members and support a collaborative culture

• Establish performance metrics and report on portfolio, pipeline, and profitability
