Territory Sales Manager - Manufacturing

A. O. Smith is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region to drive growth of residential and commercial water heaters, boilers, and water treatment products. You will manage distributor and contractor relationships, execute regional sales strategies, and expand market share across key channels. Responsibilities

• Own and grow sales for an assigned Mid-Atlantic territory

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets

• Manage and deepen relationships with distributors, reps, and contractors

• Conduct product training and technical presentations for channel partners

• Forecast sales and provide input on pricing, promotions, and programs

• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities

• Collaborate with marketing and engineering on product launches and feedback

• Resolve field issues quickly to maintain high customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines, and account plans
