Technical Sales Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical and sales training on Johnson Controls manufacturing and building technologies

• Support sales teams in identifying customer needs and proposing technical solutions

• Assist with product demonstrations, proposals, and basic system configurations

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer service to ensure successful delivery

• Analyze customer data and market trends to support sales strategies

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports

• Shadow senior sales engineers on customer visits and presentations

• Continuously develop product, industry, and sustainability knowledge Required Skills
