Technical Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage technical sales relationships with manufacturing clients across Canon's imaging and printing portfolio

• Identify customer needs and propose tailored hardware, software, and workflow solutions

• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to shape solutions and proposals

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing

• Prepare quotes, RFP responses, and accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools

• Provide post-sale technical guidance to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction

• Track market trends and competitor offerings to inform account strategies

• Meet or exceed assigned revenue, margin, and account growth targets
