Technical IFA Administrator

West Midlands £28,000-£32,000 + benefits Full-time / Part-Time considered

We're working with an established IFA firm that is looking to strengthen its support team with an experienced IFA Administrator.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous IFA administration experience who enjoys working closely with Advisers and taking ownership of client work.

The Role

• Act as a key point of contact for clients and Advisers

• Prepare Suitability Reports / Reasons Why Letters

• Process new business from submission through to completion

• Prepare portfolio reports and meeting materials

• Manage client administration including fund switches and communications

• Maintain accurate CRM and back-office records

• Complete compliance checks and ensure business is ready for sign-off

• Manage and prioritise your workload effectively

About You

• Previous IFA / Financial Planning administration experience

• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and organisation

• Confident, professional communication skills

• Able to work independently and manage changing priorities

• Intelliflo experience advantageous

• CII qualifications preferred but not essential

The role is ideally full-time, working 7.5 hours Monday-Friday, although reduced hours can be considered.
