Student Learning Specialist - Nursing and Healthcare Education

Chamberlain University seeks a Specialist Student Learning to support nursing and healthcare students' academic success. In this student-centered, mission-driven role, you will provide one-on-one and group academic coaching, tutoring, and skills development in key nursing and healthcare courses. You will assess learning needs, create individualized learning plans, and connect students to campus and online resources. Partnering closely with faculty and support teams, you will track student progress, deliver workshops, and use data to improve outcomes. This hybrid role values collaboration, integrity, diversity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group academic coaching and tutoring for nursing and healthcare students

• Assess student learning needs and develop individualized learning plans

• Deliver skill-building workshops and academic success sessions

• Collaborate with faculty and student services to support at-risk students

• Track and report student progress using data and learning analytics

• Connect students with appropriate academic and campus support resources

• Use educational technology and LMS tools to support learning

• Contribute to continuous improvement of student learning initiatives

• Support a diverse, inclusive, student-centered learning environment
