Showroom Retail Sales Consultant - Gaming Hardware

MSI is seeking a Showroom Consultant to deliver an exceptional, hands-on experience with our gaming laptops, desktops, components, and workstations. In this on-site role, you'll welcome visitors, quickly understand their needs, and guide them to the ideal MSI solutions. You'll perform live demos, explain performance and features in clear terms, and support sales opportunities in partnership with account and technical teams. You'll also maintain a premium, on-brand showroom, gather customer feedback, and help showcase MSI innovation for gamers, creators, and professionals worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide visitors through MSI's gaming and workstation showroom

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate MSI products and configurations

• Deliver engaging product demos highlighting features, performance, and user benefits

• Maintain deep knowledge of MSI hardware, components, and software ecosystems

• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support quotes and closing opportunities

• Keep the showroom organized, on-brand, and up to date with the latest products

• Capture customer feedback and share insights with product and marketing teams

• Support events, launches, and VIP tours within the showroom space Required Skills
