Service Biller

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented Service Biller for our Bloomington Toyota location. In this role, you'll accurately process repair order billing, verify labor and parts charges, and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines. You'll collaborate closely with service advisors, technicians, and accounting to resolve discrepancies, support month-end closing, and maintain precise records. Responsibilities

• Accurately bill customer repair orders and internal service work for Bloomington Toyota service department

• Verify labor, parts, and warranty coding in accordance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines

• Reconcile repair orders daily, identify discrepancies, and resolve billing issues with advisors and technicians

• Process payments, adjustments, and credits while maintaining accurate records in the DMSCollaborate with service advisors, parts, and accounting to ensure timely month-end closing

• Maintain compliance with company procedures and auditing standards, safeguarding confidential customer and payment data

• Generate billing and productivity reports to support service management decision-making

• Provide excellent internal and external customer service through clear, professional communication Required Skills
