Senior Outside Sales Representative - Manufacturing

Kohler seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth for our manufacturing solutions in the Philadelphia market. In this role, you'll own a regional territory, targeting distributors, contractors, builders, and commercial accounts. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing, while collaborating with marketing and product teams to align solutions to customer needs. You'll leverage Kohler's legacy of craftsmanship, design, and sustainability to build long-term relationships and deliver profitable revenue growth across the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and revenue growth for Kohler manufacturing solutions in the Philadelphia region

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, builders, and key commercial accounts

• Develop territory plans, sales forecasts, and account strategies aligned with revenue targets

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and manufacturing teams to tailor solutions to customer needs

• Conduct product presentations, demos, and site visits to showcase Kohler's capabilities

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities

• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting

• Represent Kohler at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
