Senior Manufacturing Sales Executive

Kohler seeks a Sr. Sales Executive to drive growth for our manufacturing product lines in the Seattle region. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle, targeting contractors, distributors, and commercial customers in kitchen, bath, and power solutions. You will build and deepen key accounts, develop new business, and collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions. Leveraging your manufacturing or building-products background, you'll analyze market trends, represent Kohler at industry events, and consistently achieve ambitious revenue and margin goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow Kohler's manufacturing product portfolio in Seattle

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business with contractors, distributors, and commercial accounts

• Manage and expand relationships with key accounts and channel partners

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align offerings with customer needs

• Prepare accurate forecasts, pipelines, and sales reports using CRM tools

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms within established guidelines

• Represent Kohler at industry events, trade shows, and customer demonstrations

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform strategy

• Partner with technical teams to ensure successful product specifications and installations
