Senior Director, Market Access Analytics

CSL Behring seeks a Sr. Director, Market Access Analytics to lead analytics strategies that shape payer, pricing, and access decisions for our plasma-derived and recombinant therapies. This role will build and oversee a high-performing analytics team, develop advanced forecasting and payer segmentation models, and translate real-world, patient, and market data into insights for global market access, HEOR, and commercial teams. Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to inform launch, reimbursement, and lifecycle strategies while fostering a patient-focused, science-driven culture of innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of market access analytics strategy for CSL Behring's portfolio

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing analytics team

• Design and implement forecasting, payer segmentation, and access models

• Leverage real-world, patient, and market data to inform pricing and reimbursement decisions

• Partner with market access, HEOR, medical, and commercial leaders on launch and lifecycle strategies

• Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership

• Ensure analytics approaches align with regulatory and payer evidence expectations

• Drive continuous improvement in analytics tools, methods, and data assets
