Sales Trainer

Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co., a leading residential contractor in Western PA, seeks a Sales Trainer to elevate our in-home sales team. In this role, you'll design and lead training that sharpens product knowledge, presentation skills, and customer-focused selling for windows, doors, siding, roofing, and bath remodeling. You'll coach reps through ride-alongs, role-plays, and workshops, reinforcing integrity, safety, and respect for customers' homes. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver sales training programs for in-home remodeling consultations

• Coach sales reps on presenting windows, doors, siding, roofing, and bath solutions

• Conduct role-plays and ride-alongs to improve closing rates and objection handling

• Develop training materials, scripts, and tools aligned with company sales process

• Onboard and certify new sales hires on products, systems, and compliance

• Track performance metrics to identify gaps and recommend improvements

• Collaborate with leadership to align training with revenue and customer goals

• Reinforce safety, professionalism, and respectful conduct in customers' homes

• Organize ongoing workshops on upselling, follow-up, and customer experience
