Sales Support Specialist

Canon U.S.A. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support our imaging and printing solutions for manufacturing customers. In this role, you'll process orders and quotes, maintain CRM data and sales reports, coordinate with supply chain and logistics, and respond to dealer and customer inquiries. You will help prepare proposals and presentations, track renewals and opportunities, and support sales campaigns. Working within Canon's Kyosei culture, you'll collaborate across teams to deliver responsive, accurate, and customer-focused sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to account managers and field sales teams serving manufacturing and industrial customers

• Process quotes, sales orders, and contract documentation accurately and on time

• Maintain and update CRM data, sales reports, and performance dashboards

• Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics teams to confirm product availability and delivery timelines

• Respond to dealer and customer inquiries on products, pricing, promotions, and order status

• Prepare sales presentations, product information packs, and bid responses

• Support implementation of sales campaigns, rebates, and channel partner programs

• Monitor key accounts, tracking renewals, upsell opportunities, and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with marketing to relay market feedback and competitive insights
