Responsibilities

• Design and refine sales processes, territory models, and performance frameworks

• Develop analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to improve forecasting and resource allocation

• Partner with Commercial, Finance, and Marketing on incentive plans and sales effectiveness

• Oversee CRM governance, data quality, and field reporting tools

• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in sales excellence

• Support launch planning and execution for new therapies and indications

• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales operations team

• Ensure compliance with pharma/biotech regulations and internal policies
