We're recruiting for a motivated Sales Negotiator to join a successful and growing independent estate agency in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business and is motivated by exceptional commission earnings.

With minimal administration, you'll be able to focus on what you do best-selling property, booking valuations and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Register buyers and match them with suitable properties

• Arrange and conduct property viewings

• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors

• Proactively generate new business opportunities

• Book market appraisals for the valuers

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with buyers and vendors

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent or within a target-driven sales environment

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Confident and proactive telephone manner

• Driven, resilient and self-motivated attitude

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service What's on Offer?

• £23,000 - £25,000 basic salary

• OTE of £50,000

• Bonus paid on every valuation booked

• Additional team commission structure

• Monday to Friday working

• Alternate Saturdays
