Sales Consultant

Lifeway Mobility is seeking a Sales Consultant in Pittsburgh to help customers stay safe and independent at home. In this field-based role, you'll travel to customer homes and facilities, assess mobility and accessibility needs, and recommend customized solutions such as stairlifts, wheelchair ramps, and transfer aids. You'll manage the full sales cycle-from lead follow-up and in-home evaluations to quoting, closing, and coordinating installation with our service teams. Working in a compassionate, customer-focused culture, you'll receive hands-on training, collaborate closely with operations, and take pride in improving quality of life for people with limited mobility.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and follow up on residential and light commercial sales leads

• Conduct in-home assessments to understand mobility and accessibility needs

• Recommend customized solutions such as stairlifts, ramps, and transfer aids

• Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and project scopes

• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Educate customers and caregivers on product options, safety, and usage

• Manage sales pipeline, track activities, and meet or exceed sales targets

• Provide exceptional, compassionate customer service throughout the sales cycle

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry best practices
