SALES CONSULTANT

Lifeway Mobility is seeking a Sales Consultant to help customers find safe, customized accessibility solutions that support independent living. In this healthcare-focused sales role, you'll manage a pipeline of residential and small commercial prospects, conduct in-home or virtual consultations, and recommend products such as stairlifts, wheelchair ramps, and custom home modifications. You'll collaborate closely with installation and service teams, provide clear proposals, and guide customers with empathy through each step of the decision process. This role blends consultative selling with a mission-driven focus on safety, respect, and improving quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of residential and small commercial prospects for accessibility solutions

• Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess mobility needs and recommend customized products

• Create and present tailored proposals for stairlifts, ramps, and home accessibility solutions

• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure accurate scopes and timelines

• Educate customers and caregivers on safety, product options, and funding possibilities

• Follow up on leads from marketing and referral partners to meet or exceed sales targets

• Maintain accurate records and activities in the CRM system
