Retail Sales Representative - Telecommunications

Astound is seeking Retail Sales Representatives I, II, and III to drive sales of high-speed internet, TV, and phone services to residential and small business customers. In this customer-facing role, you'll engage walk-in traffic and outbound prospects, assess connectivity needs, and recommend fiber-rich broadband, WiFi, and streaming solutions. You'll be responsible for meeting sales goals, processing orders, and delivering responsive, customer-first service. Work in a collaborative, growth-focused environment with opportunities to advance as you master Astound's innovative telecommunications products and support local communities.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in and outbound customers to promote Astound broadband, TV, and phone solutions

• Explain features, pricing, and promotions to match residential and small business needs

• Meet or exceed monthly sales, upgrade, and retention goals across I, II, and III levels

• Process orders, contracts, and payments accurately in CRM and point-of-sale systems

• Provide exceptional service, resolving basic billing and service questions or coordinating support

• Participate in local events, outreach, and in-store marketing to drive new customer growth

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Astound products, bundles, and competitive offerings

• Document interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain a robust sales pipeline

• Collaborate with teammates, technicians, and customer support to ensure smooth installations
