Retail Marketer

LeafHome seeks a Retail Marketer to drive in-store and event-based lead generation for home-improvement products in the construction space. Based in a fast-paced, field-focused environment, you'll engage shoppers, explain LeafFilter and related solutions, and book qualified in-home appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities include booth setup, product demos, customer outreach, and accurate lead capture. You'll collaborate with local sales and operations teams, meet daily and weekly lead goals, and represent LeafHome's brand standards while supporting growth across our nationwide footprint.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads for Leaf

• Home home-improvement products in retail and event settings

• Engage shoppers to explain product benefits and qualify potential customers

• Schedule in-home sales appointments and accurately capture customer information

• Set up, operate, and break down kiosks, booths, and displays

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead and appointment goals

• Collaborate with local sales and operations teams to optimize lead quality

• Maintain strong product knowledge across Leaf

• Home brands and services

• Deliver professional, customer-focused brand representation at all times

• Track performance metrics and report results to field marketing leadership
