A leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Leeds is looking for an ATT and/or CTA qualified Private Client Tax Senior to manage a varied portfolio of private clients, including high net worth individuals, trusts and estates.

Leeds has a thriving professional services community, and the firm's private client base reflects that, offering technical variety across income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax. The team is experienced and collaborative, with a supported pathway to Assistant Manager. Crowe Watson Recruitment knows the Yorkshire private client market well.

What's the day to day of the role:

• Managing a portfolio of private clients including HNW individuals, trusts and estates

• Preparing and reviewing self assessment tax returns and associated compliance work

• Providing tailored advice across income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax

• Acting as a reliable point of contact and building trusted client relationships

• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the private client tax team

• Liaising with HMRC on client correspondence and enquiries Required skills and qualifications:

• ATT and/or CTA qualified with a strong private client tax background

• At least three years' experience within a UK Practice environment

• Proven experience managing a private client portfolio with technical accuracy

• Solid knowledge of UK personal tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax and trusts

• Professional client facing manner, well organised across competing deadlines Benefits:
