Private Client Insurance Supervisor

Gallagher is seeking a Private Client Supervisor to lead a team supporting high-net-worth personal insurance clients. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day service delivery, ensuring policies, renewals, and coverage changes are handled accurately and promptly. You will coach and develop account managers, monitor workloads, and resolve complex client issues. The supervisor will partner with producers and carriers to design tailored risk management solutions, uphold compliance and documentation standards, and drive service excellence aligned with Gallagher's ethical, client-focused culture and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team supporting private client personal insurance accounts

• Oversee policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, and coverage changes

• Resolve complex client issues and act as an escalation point

• Collaborate with producers and carriers on tailored risk solutions

• Ensure regulatory, carrier, and internal compliance standards are met

• Monitor team performance and service levels, implementing improvements

• Support client onboarding and account reviews for high-net-worth clients

• Maintain accurate documentation in agency management systems

• Partner with leadership on process optimization and best practices

• Promote Gallagher's ethical, client-focused culture within the team Required Skills

• Personal lines insurance (home, auto, umbrella, specialty)
