Principal Systems Engineer

Senior/Principal Systems Engineer (MBSE) £ 55,000-£80,000 North Devon 2 days a week

I'm currently recruiting for a Senior/Principal Systems Engineer opportunity with a highly established engineering business.

This is a senior technical position working across the full engineering lifecycle , with responsibility for systems engineering, technical leadership and supporting the development and delivery of complex engineering programmes.

The role offers a strong level of flexibility, with only 2 days per week required in the office . A relocation package may also be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work across the full systems engineering lifecycle

• Provide technical leadership across engineering programmes

• Develop and manage system requirements

• Support requirements management using DOORS

• Apply MBSE / Model-Based Systems Engineering principles

• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams

• Support system design, integration, verification and validation

• Provide technical input into complex engineering projects

• Communicate technical information to internal and external stakeholders Key Requirements

• Good knowledge or experience of MBSE

• Strong Systems Engineering background

• Experience working across the engineering lifecycle

• Previous technical leadership experience

• Experience with DOORS

• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent technical experience

• SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance Package £55,000-£80,000 , depending on experience

North Devon Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office Relocation package potentially available Senior/Principal level opportunity
