Pinpoint Sales Manager Academy Program

Safe Haven Security is launching our Pinpoint Sales Manager Academy Program, a fast-track path into sales leadership in the smart home and security industry. In this intensive, hands-on program, you'll learn how to prospect, present, and close residential and small-business customers on ADT-backed security and automation solutions. You'll gain exposure to in-home consultations, basic system walkthroughs, and customer onboarding while receiving ongoing coaching, sales training, and performance feedback. This role is ideal for driven, competitive self-starters seeking uncapped commission, rapid advancement, and the opportunity to protect families with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify residential and small-business customers for smart home and security solutions

• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to understand customer needs and present tailored system options

• Deliver product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and monitoring services

• Close sales, complete required documentation, and coordinate installations with internal teams

• Follow up with new customers to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction

• Use CRM tools to track leads, appointments, sales activities, and pipeline progress

• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and performance reviews

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Safe Haven and ADT products, promotions, and competitors

• Represent Safe Haven Security professionally while working in the field and visiting customer locations Required Skills
