Personal Banker

First National Bank Texas is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver customer-focused financial solutions in our Killeen-area branches. In this role, you will open and service personal accounts, process transactions, and provide tailored product recommendations that support customers' financial goals. You will educate customers on online and mobile banking, identify cross sell opportunities, and help meet branch sales targets. Success in this position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and adherence to banking regulations while representing our commitment to integrity and community service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized banking assistance in a branch setting

• Open and service checking, savings, and other deposit accounts accurately

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers while maintaining cash accuracy

• Support consumer lending by explaining options and collecting application information

• Meet individual and branch sales and referral goals

• Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements, including KYC and BSA/AMLResolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed

• Educate customers on digital and online banking tools
