Outside Sales Representative - Telecommunications

Astound is seeking Retail Sales Representatives to grow residential and small-business subscribers for our high-speed internet, TV, and phone services. In this role, you'll prospect within an assigned territory, engage customers in person, and recommend bundled broadband, video, and voice solutions that fit their needs. You'll present pricing and promotions, process orders accurately, and coordinate installations while delivering responsive, customer-first service. Responsibilities

• Drive residential and small-business sales for Astound's internet, TV, and phone services in assigned territory

• Prospect, qualify, and follow up on leads through door-to-door outreach, events, and referrals

• Conduct needs assessments and recommend customized broadband, video, and voice solutions

• Present pricing, promotions, and service bundles clearly and handle basic contract questions

• Accurately enter orders, customer details, and installation requests into CRM and sales systems

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales, revenue, and customer-activation targets

• Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale to support retention and referrals

• Stay current on Astound products, competitive offerings, and local market conditions

• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support campaigns and smooth installations
